Our team was lucky enough to join other industry leaders at two New York State Tourism Industry Association events this year: the 2022 Conference in July and Tourism Excellence Awards in October.
The annual meeting and awards are a celebration of so much. Hard work, unique events and marketing, the creativity of our peers in the tourism industry, and the incredible state of New York.
Working with municipalities across the state on their travel, tourism, and economic development goals, we’re excited to soak in the experience and see what is going on elsewhere in New York.
Our most recent tourism project includes an ongoing project with Tour Cayuga for social media, digital advertising, and marketing materials under a new brand initiative: See Things Differently, an invitation to look beyond the Finger Lakes wine region and explore all that Cayuga County has to offer, from meetings to history.
BLKDOG’s approach to these projects involves stakeholder interviews, meetings with community members, and hands-on research to ensure our work is in line with each destination, so we enjoyed catching up with some of those clients and partners at the 2022 NYSTIA events.
